Professional manner. You are customer facing and MUST have a positive attitude during lessons.

We do not endorse parent, teacher conversations. Parents should be directed to the Co-ordinator at the time or for them to contact the admin team.​

1:1 lesson parent, teacher conversations are permitted however this must be DURING the lesson only if instigated by the parent - not at the start or end of the lesson due to quick change arounds in lessons.

Teachers must sync lessons via their iPad in a timely manner after lessons each day. Lessons each week reset on a Sunday evening - any unsynced may be unrecoverable.

Ipad cases that have a split or are broken must be reported immediately - do not use compromised cases around water.

You must arrive on time for your shift and be on poolside for your start time.

Time off needs to be requested before the start of each term.

Any last minute absences needs to be reported by the staff member who is due to work as soon as reasonably practicable to Amy.
